Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all supplies of goods and/or services provided by Vacublast Services (trading as SurfaceWorks).

1. Quotations

Any quotation given by The Company will only be binding if given in writing. Quotations are valid for 14 days from date of issue.

2. Price

The price payable will be as stated in the written quotation, subject to a minimum call out fee of $498 exclusive of GST.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are strictly 14 days for approved trade credit account customers and C.O.D for non-trade customers. Late payments may incur a 15% fee.

4. Warranties

The Company warrants that goods will be of satisfactory quality and services will be performed by appropriately qualified personnel with reasonable care.

5. Services at Customer Sites

The Company reserves the right to refuse work where site conditions may put at risk the Health & Safety of staff or contractors.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales.
